1. Definitions
- "Service" refers to the EveryWidget platform, including all widgets, tools, APIs, and related services.
- "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity using the Service.
- "Content" refers to reviews, ratings, text, images, and other materials displayed through our widgets.
2. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account by providing a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Post or display fake, misleading, or defamatory reviews.
- Attempt to interfere with, compromise, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.

4. Widget Embed Code
We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable license to embed our widget code on your website(s). The widget must be used as provided — you may not modify the embed code in a way that removes attribution or alters the intended functionality.
5. Content and Reviews
Reviews displayed through EveryWidget widgets may originate from third-party platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook, etc.) or be manually added by users. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any review content.
You are solely responsible for the reviews you manually add and must ensure they are genuine and comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection and advertising regulations.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property ofEveryWidget. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated.
7. Free and Paid Plans
EveryWidget offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans may have limitations on the number of widgets, reviews, or views. We reserve the right to change pricing, features, or plan limitations at any time with reasonable notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your widgets will stop functioning and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EveryWidget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
